Thought I would try a new protein powder. This one is made in Quebec so relatively local. I bought it because it was called vanilla milkshake flavor. However, upon reading ingredients, I noted that there is no actual vanilla… Which I know is very expensive…

And it has a sickeningly sweet flavor. I'm guessing it's from the rebaudioside M which I think is another word for Stevia🤮 fyi

Do you like Guinness? But not the calories or the alcohol? Try the Guinness 0%. Available at grocery stores. Only 70 cal per can. The taste is almost identical.

For those of you craving a banana popsicle, I found these at Metro today. They're not bad. At least made in Canada unlike the cyclone popsicle I got at the gas station the other day which is a product of Turkey...😳
