A Prayer For The New Year..
Divine Light, Creator Of All Goodness & Grace
I look toward the sun and the dawn of a new year.
Please shine upon me and our world.
Show us miracles and graces and
steer us in directions which
bring a better tomorrow.
Teach me to be your Instrument Of Light.
Help me to know myself and to
truly see those around me for their souls.
Bless us with all that we need, and
remind us to bless others.
Thank you for all that you are,
all that you do, and all that you
bestow upon us.
With Gratitude...............................................
Gratitude to and for the Buddhist Monks walking for peace. May their journey be hopeful and their efforts bring light to the world. Bless them for their purpose and efforts.
Gratitude for the many strides for a cleaner environment that have been and continue to be made for the betterment of our world. Each step is a step closer.
Gratitude for the reappearance of the many plant and animal species that were thought to be lost to us, including the Galapagos Rail, Attenborough's Long-Beaked Echidna, the Victorian Grasslands Earless Dragon, the Flat-Headed Cat, Gasteranthus Extinctus, the San Fernando Valley Spineflower, Pernambuco Holly Tree, and more.
Gratitude for the many who go the extra mile to save others. May their lights shine brightly and their virtues inspire.
Gratitude for the restoration and beautification of our world's historic buildings and sites. May their significance bring awareness and joy to the masses.
Gratitude for the many moral and magnanimous leaders, bosses, and landlords who do what is right for those they hold authority over.
Gratitude for the many teachers who help us all to become our best selves.
Gratitude for those who know how to be a friend. Gratitude for those who know how to teach others to be good friends.
Much Gratitude for all people and pets who have been found after being lost, and blessings to those who have gone the extra mile to ensure aid and restoration.
Gratitude for the many events, situations, and stories that make us smile.
