We are all intuitive.
Some of us just learned to receive information from everywhere except our own body first.

As tapped in humans, we’ve often been absorbing energy and signals from the world without realizing it. I know I was. For most of my life I was intuitive… without discernment. Without sovereignty. Without knowing what was mine.

And when we don’t know about sovereignty, we don’t claim it.

When I began to intentionally explore my intuitive gifts, I discovered the nuance of my own energetic boundaries, my body’s voice, and the difference between guidance rooted in me... and information sourced from everything around me.

There are many ways to receive guidance: psychic sensing, channeling, mediumship…
But the most trustworthy, grounded, and safe foundation is body-led intuition.

Your tissues.
Your nervous system.
Your breath.
Your inner felt-knowing.

This is the compass that always leads you home.
This is where discernment begins.

When you build a relationship with your body’s intelligence — you soften into clarity. You understand what’s yours and what’s not. You stop being pulled by external currents, and instead learn to live from your inner truth.

This skill has completely changed my life.
And it’s the foundation of all the work I do — in groups, in sessions, in teachings, and within my own path.

We don’t just open our intuitive gifts.
We create the inner ground they can grow from safely.

Eclipse season brought me a very clear message:
It’s time to release Spinal Energetics — not because it wasn’t powerful, but because it served its purpose. It shaped me, taught me, strengthened me, and now I carry its wisdom forward in a new way.

I truly believe, with every part of me, that you already hold the wisdom you’re looking for.

When we calm your nervous system, support your body to soften, and allow those layers to clear, the truth that’s always been there becomes easier to hear.
