Welcome to "Back to Centre" Chiropractic Clinic. We believe in the strength of the human body in achieving optimal health and wellness.

Services include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, electro-modalities for pain relief, ultrasound, Cranio-Sacral therapy, exercise prescriptions,and custom orthotics. We take a holistic approach to chiropractic, which encompasses all aspects of healthy living. We love not only helping others passively through various chiropractic techniques, but also by empowering patients to take an active role in reaching and maintaining their health-related goals. We strongly believe in a community-based practice, which involves doing local talks and educational sessions at fitness centres, local sports teams, and other community-organized events including, speaking engagements at the Running Room, churches, and schools. We are so happy to be in "Nautical Village" in Pickering. As chiropractors, we are neuro-musculoskeletal specialists equipped to diagnose and treat issues found throughout the entire body. Spring Cleaning your Emotional and Energetic House

We would not be able to perceive or feel our happiness if we could not perceive and feel our sadness. We must accept and honor both ends of that spectrum and not rob ourselves of the normal and natural reactions to the feeling we experience when either happy or sad things happen to us or to the people we love - especially important in pandemic times. A host of problems in all life areas are connected to the inability to access and appropriately communicate our feelings in the moment we have them which causes us to collect grief and then have it compound exponentially over time. Think about spring cleaning your emotional and energetic house - so you can free up what you have been carrying compounded by covid, illness, relationships or just being human!
