Shadow & Light
As we arrive at the Fall Equinox, we meet a rare and magical pause — a moment where day and night, light and dark, rest in perfect balance.
There is no light without shadow.
There is no shadow without light.
They are two halves of the same whole, weaving together to create the truth of who we are.
We are both:
🌑 The parts we proudly share,
🌕 And the hidden places we carry with shame, guilt, or fear.
All of it is sacred. Every piece is part of the constellation of your being.
Perhaps this equinox is an invitation to reflect, to soften, and to embrace all of yourself. To love the radiant and the hidden, the bright and the shadowed — equally.
This is the human experience.
This is wholeness.
This is the dance of life.
