Noticed that after getting our car cleaned, it often comes back with an “air freshener” hanging from the mirror?
They’re wasting their money on me, I throw them out immediately.
Those little “fun” accessories can actually be loaded with synthetic fragrances and chemicals that may act as hormone disruptors. For some people, they can contribute to:
* Acne or unexplained skin flare-ups
* Sneezing and allergy-like symptoms
* Headaches or brain fog
Before jumping to expensive treatments, take a moment to look around the environment. Scented car fresheners, plug-ins, laundry beads, candles, cleaning sprays, they all add up. Our body processes everything we breathe in.
Start by eliminating what we can. Small changes can make a big difference for our system.
