Bringing it back to one of our most liked posts last year! 🔁

Remember to let go and relax during your treatment! 💚 When we have a lot on our minds, sometimes it can take a minute to decompress and clear your mind. Take a deep breath and remember that you deserve this time for yourself!

P.S. In many holistic health treatments, you're in a position to rest and digest, and a gurgling stomach simply confirms that you are truly relaxed. A noisy stomach is a normal bodily function and is nothing to be embarrassed about!

Flexibility is the ability to move a joint through its full range of motion, and this component is often neglected in workout programs. If you don't stretch, it can lead to decreased range of motion, pain and even injury. Stretch at least two or three times each week, or after every workout to really see improvements. Hold each stretch for 15 to 30 seconds at the point where you feel a pulling sensation. If you feel pain, or your muscle is shaking, you are stretching too far. Perform one stretch for each muscle group, just like resistance training.

A 2024 study published in the Journal of Clinical Nursing explored the benefit of massage therapy for patients with cancer.

Results showed that massage therapy can be helpful in improving pain, quality of life, and anxiety in cancer patients, and recommends that healthcare institutions recognize the value in this practice for patient care.
