Meet Keren, founder and director of West Island Speech Therapy! đź’ś
With over 20 years of experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, Keren has dedicated her career to helping children thrive through communication. From her early days studying linguistics at Concordia to earning her Master of Science at McGill, and even navigating speech therapy with her own daughter, Keren’s journey has always been guided by passion, compassion, and expertise.
Today, she leads a team of 12 incredible speech-language pathologists, all sharing the same goal: to support every child and family with care, evidence-based therapy, and a nurturing approach.

Avec plus de 20 ans d’expérience en orthophonie pédiatrique, Keren a consacré sa carrière à aider les enfants à s’épanouir grâce à la communication. Depuis ses débuts en linguistique à l’Université Concordia jusqu’à l’obtention de sa maîtrise en sciences à l’Université McGill, et en passant par son expérience de la thérapie du langage avec sa propre fille, le parcours de Keren a toujours été guidé par la passion, la compassion et l’expertise.
Aujourd’hui, elle dirige une équipe de 12 orthophonistes incroyables, toutes animées par le même objectif : soutenir chaque enfant et chaque famille avec soin, des thérapies basées sur des preuves et une approche bienveillante.
