It’s been a while since I’ve had my classes. As many of you know I chose to focus on rebuilding my strength so I could properly rebuild and rebuild-energize post cancer. I am looking at starting a 6 week course on Tuesday evenings for people who have already been through my Body, Mind, Soul class. This will be taking the skills you have already learned, doing a refresher and a putting the skills into practice. These classes will be from 6:00 to 8:00. Please PM me if you are interested and I would also really like to hear about topics that interest you the most. I will also be starting a 10 week Body Mind Soul class for people who have not taken it before. This will be on Either Monday or Thursday evening - also from 6:00 to 7:00. I will keep you all posted!

After some time away, I am back doing private sessions and am looking at starting classes in January! Looking forward to seeing everyone again and reconnecting!

This Friday - February 28th from 7-9 PM We are hosting a drop in Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation. It is $20 - please bring your yoga mat/water bottles/ blankets/pillows (anything that makes your meditation comfortable). There are chairs available if you do not wish to lie down.

It is very easy to get to my center. You take Highway three toward Pincher creek. When you get to the turn off for Pincher Creek, you turn north into Pincher station instead of going south into Pincher Creek.You drive three blocks until you come to Yonge Street. Turn right, and go about two blocks, until you come to the end. My center is a blue modular building on the left-hand side. You will see a sign for Laughing Oak Cottage.

The physical address is 503 Yonge Street, Pincher station. But it will not show up in Google maps or Apple Maps. Here is a link to the dropped pin I created.

I have one spot left in my Body, Mind, Soul, energy class - starting Monday Feb. 24 from 7-9 for 10 weeks.
I have room left in my 5 week meditation class on Tuesday Starting Feb 25 - also from 7-9.

I am very excited to be facilitating a breath session in Lethbridge tonight at 5:30! It is at 425 11 St. South. Anyone can come - the drop in is $20.00. This is at the Lethbridge Spiritualist Center.
