What if Reiki’s effects could be measured—beyond belief or placebo?

A placebo-controlled study of 120 software professionals in India explored the impact of hands-on Reiki, distance Reiki, placebo Reiki, and no treatment on workplace stress over 21 days.

The results were striking:
• Hands-on Reiki reduced stress
• Distance Reiki worked just as effectively
• Placebo Reiki showed no change
• No intervention meant no improvement

This research matters because it goes beyond expectation and belief. By including a placebo group, the study clearly demonstrates that Reiki’s effects on stress are not psychological suggestion, but something deeper and measurable.

These will be specific to your skin’s needs to help heal, resurface and restore the skin for long term benefits. This will include a safe %of glycolic acid, vitamin C and scar repair. Each facial will be still cost effective at
$75 or you may buy a package of 3- sessions for $190.

Happy Halloween, friends!

Halloween is based on the Celtic festival Samhain, celebrated on October 31st - November 1st. It was known to be a time of transition between the seasons and the start of the Celtic new year. It was also believed to be a time when the veil between the world of the living and that of the departed, was at its thinnest. Many of the world’s ancient religions have similar festivals at this time of year. Lighting bonfires, celebrating all we have accomplished during the year, honouring our ancestors as well as gathering with loved ones are all wonderful ways to celebrate this ancient festival and bring the magic and wisdom of our ancestors forward.
