I’m offering a 2-class postnatal fitness series to get you strength training to improve postpartum recovery, support your core and pelvic floor and build full-body strength so you can kick a little more 🍑 through mom-life ;)

My incredible friend who is a Licensed Early Childhood Educator with 18 years of experience will be joining me to bring some of her favourite sensory tools and toys to help nurture your baby’s growth and development while you’re getting your workout done.

Are you ready to boost your running game and stay injury-free? Join us for Run Strong – a program designed specifically to help runners like you build strength, prevent injury, and achieve your goals with smart, effective training.

Here’s what you can expect:
Each Run Strong session includes a tailored program you can follow anywhere. After each workshop, you'll receive a comprehensive .PDF document via email with all the details, including:

Exercise Guidelines: Sets, reps, and tempo recommendations
Video Links: Demonstrations for each exercise so you know exactly how to perform them
Training Tips: Expert advice on technique and injury prevention

If you attend just one session, you’ll receive the specific training program for that day. Register for the full program, and you’ll get access to every session’s training protocols – even for days you might miss.
