We are ALL SMILES today! December 1st marks the first day of YogaGen Pitt Meadows and new ownership. Prestonne and Nicole are working hard to get the studio re-opened for January. Our Story

Believe Yoga came into existence during a time I wanted to explore my next phase of life; which led to me practicing Yoga out of curiosity. I very quickly began to realize Yoga was calming my mind and offering me great physical benefits.

My background was in healthcare, but it always saddened me with the endless stream of people coming to the Emergency Room for stress related illnesses that were preventable. I realized we all need to "Take the time to encourage our wellness instead of treating our sickness". I took a giant leap of faith and Believe Yoga Studio became a reality.

As the owner, I surrounded myself with wonderful instructors who each bring their own unique personality and skills to the studio, and also want to contribute to bringing wellness and joy to other people. It is not only me who "Believes"... it is all of us here at Believe Yoga Studio who “Believe”.

Our studio in Pitt Meadows offers a variety of Yoga classes, Pilates classes, & Meditation classes with the option of Infrared radiant heated classes or regular room temperature classes. The studio has room for 20 participants to enjoy a class & is located in Meadow Vale Shopping Centre on the south-west corner of Lougheed Hwy & Harris Road underneath the Pitt Meadows Wellness Clinic.
