It never gets old to me. After 17 years and so so many babies, it is this moment right here that makes my heart sing.

This perfect little life in my arms.

Mama’s I see you. Mother, wife, partner, friend, daughter, boss… we often put other people’s needs before our own. Self care is hard to carve out. It’s hard.

You are important too. You deserve to take up space and time as much as the people around you. Your children deserve to see you modelling self-care. Your physical and mental health matter.
Whether it is taking that nap, getting to that yoga class, or coming for a massage.

I have decided to increase my days and hours to accommodate all your requests.

If you are hoping to book regular treatments I highly recommend booking ahead to ensure your preferred dates/times.

Susanna graduated from WCCMT in 2006 and has worked in Port Moody as a Registered Massage Therapist for more than 12 years. Susanna’s main focus of practice is in pre and post-natal massage & support and in women’s health & fitness. However, she happily works with clients from all walks of life. She is trained in other classical modalities such as swedish, sports therapy, fascial, and trigger point therapy. Though Susanna treats a variety of clients and ailments, she has focused her post-graduate studies in working with women during the childbearing years. Working on issues such as fertility, sciatica, head-aches, carpal tunnel, fatigue, and many other concerns related to pregnancy and simply being a mom! As a new mother herself, Susanna is very passionate about working with other moms and feels honoured to be a part of their journey into motherhood and beyond.

Susanna has trained as a Bellyfit® instructor and a Fit 4 Two® instructor. She is a certified C-section Massage therapist and is excited to help women reconnect with their bellies while decreasing adhesions and discomfort post-surgery.

Susanna teaches Infant Massage Classes through-out the community. If you wish to book a class for your group or business please contact her directly for more information.

Susanna is very passionate about patient education and connecting moms. She has hosted Mom and Baby meet-ups, and has been honoured to attend several births. Working in this amazing field for over 12 years, Susanna has developed an extensive network and referral base in the area and can help connect you to other individuals, therapists, groups, or instructors depending on your needs.
