My go-to trick when training core? I focus on bracing, not just crunching. 💡

Instead of only flexing forward, I tighten my abs like I’m about to take a punch. That way, the deep stabilizers like the transverse abdominis and obliques kick in to actually protect your spine and boost performance.

It’s a small shift that makes core work way more effective.

👉 Next time you hit a core workout, try bracing first and feel the difference.
