Nature Connection & Art for your Health & Wellbeing 🌳🎨 Where togetherness & belonging with Nature is at the core of what we do.

We encourage people of all ages to get outdoors and nurture their relationship with the Land and all its living things through different learning opportunities, in a intimate setting. We hope that you feel completely safe when coming to the circle.

It was time for a change. One that felt aligned to the present, yet kept the essence of connection & creativity I always offered and am passionate about.

It will ebb, flow & grow. Just as Nature does. 🌳

🎨🌿 Forest Artists & Adventures 🌿🎨

I will be leadng a Forest Artists program for children ages 6–13 starting next week!

Your child can join for a day or many. Your choice!

This is a chance for your child to connect with nature, spark their creativity, and explore the forest in a whole new way.

📅 When: Tuesday afternoons | 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
📍 Where: Lavigne Nature Park

I love "Kanata".
I'm not always proud of so-called Canada; but I have a deep love for this land.

I choose not to celebrate on July 1st. I cannot celebrate something that was build through harm and attrocities. A name, a label, a claim that was made through no right.

I will always be standing with Indigenous Peoples' of Turtle Island, and speak of Land Back movements and Indigenous sovereignty on Turtle Island. That's where my allyship lies.

Two things exsists for me, but one is stronger than the other 🧡

And as Taylor put it so well, Nature ensured it was part of out process by sending us droplets, once in a while. 💫 definitely co-creating alongside us all.
