Introducing Back Care Yoga – a 6-week series designed to nourish, support, and move your spine so you can feel and function at your best. 🌿🧘‍♀️⁠Taught by Andrea ⁠

Starting September 9th, this therapeutic yoga series offers a different approach than your typical yoga class, with a focus on fewer poses, more time spent in each, and careful attention to entering and exiting poses safely. Repetition will help you familiarize yourself with each pose, allowing you to release tension and bring the practice into your daily life.⁠

Plus, each week you’ll be emailed materials to deepen your understanding and enhance your practice at home. This class is perfect for beginners and all levels – no experience needed!⁠
