Cross Works Physiotherapy is excited to open spots in our Kids Movement Literacy Class — a fun, active group class designed just for kids aged 7–9!

🏃‍♂️ Led by skilled physiotherapists, this class teaches:
✅ Foundational movement skills (squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, etc)
✅ Balance, coordination & agility drills
✅ Body awareness & physical confidence
✅ Injury prevention through movement

💪 It’s the perfect way to support healthy development in a supportive and playful environment — all at our Bright’s Grove location!

📝 An assessment is required before the class begins, and sessions are covered by physiotherapy benefits.

Join our upcoming Physiotherapy for Runners class—designed to help you:

✅ Build running-specific strength
✅ Improve mobility and stability
✅ Prevent common injuries like shin splints, runner’s knee & more
✅ Learn proper form and recovery strategies
✅ (Bonus!) Optional track sessions may be included for speed and endurance work—weather permitting 🌤️🏃‍♀️💨

Led by expert physiotherapists, this class combines science-backed exercises with real-world running support to keep you moving stronger, longer. 🧠🔥
