A Big Thank You, Sarnia-Lambton!
It’s with mixed emotions that I share I’ll be closing my pelvic physiotherapy practice on June 13th, 2025. My family is moving out of town, and while I’m excited for this new chapter, I’ll truly miss working with all of you here in Sarnia-Lambton.
I’ve loved being part of your pelvic health journey, and I’m so grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me. If you have an upcoming appointment, don’t worry — everything will stay the same. I won’t be taking on new patients, but I’m happy to refer you to another local physio.
Thank you again!

That’s a wrap on 2023!

I will be out of the office from December 22nd to January 2nd, returning on January 3rd.

A huge thank you to everyone who trusted me with their pelvic physiotherapy care this year. I feel very lucky to be able to support so many wonderful people through their pelvic health journeys. Returning from mat leave is always a little tough but being able to do what I love and work with so many great people certainly helps!

Wishing all those who celebrate a joyous holiday season! To all the magic makers (and I know many of my patients certainly are), take some time to reflect and appreciate all of the hard work you’ve done – you truly deserve it!

See you all in the 2024 ❤️

Just like that maternity leave is over!

I spent the last week giving the office a bit of a facelift and getting everything ready to welcome patients back into my space! I’m so thankful I got to spend a year with my little guy but I’m excited to be back doing what I love next week.

If you’ve been interested in pelvic physiotherapy or putting off booking an appointment now’s your time! Click the link in my bio to learn more about pelvic health or reach out to schedule and appointment.

Masking Update

On June 8th 2022 the Ontario Ministry of Health and the Chief Medical Officer of Health announced that effective June 11th the remaining provincial masking requirements will be lifted in Ontario (except for long-term care and retirement homes). Although masks are no longer required during your treatment at Bluewater Pelvic Health Centre they are still strongly encouraged!

As I see many patients who would be considered higher risk (pregnant people, elderly, immunocompromised) I will continue to wear a mask during all treatment sessions going forward. Virtual appointments will continue to be offered if you are feeling unwell or feel that would be most appropriate for you right now. All infection prevention and control measures will continue going forward as well.

Masking will be a personal decision but please continue to respect everyone’s individual choice.

Thank you for your cooperation!

The Peeze:
When you can feel a sneeze coming but you've got a full bladder...💦
Urinary leakage with sneezing, laughing, coughing and exercise is super common. Especially for women during pregnancy, postpartum, in menopause and even high level athletes. Common but not something you have to live with!
Unfortunately the age old trick of trying to hold your p*e in with your hand, crossing your legs or squeezing your butt cheeks usually won’t cut it…but there is hope! Training the muscles down there👇can help you stop that leakage. Before you say “But I’ve tried kegels and they didn’t work!”, know that sometimes too much muscle tension in your pelvic floor, or poor coordination of those muscles may be the culprit.
Let me help you sneeze (run, jump, play sports) with confidence again!
