The hip thrust exercise can help with back pain by strengthening key muscles that support the spine and pelvis, especially the glutes, which are often weak or underused in people with back issues.

By improving glute activation and pelvic control, the hip thrust reduces the load and strain placed on the lower back during everyday movements and exercise.

La poussée de la hanche est une exercice qui permet de réduire les douleurs lombaires en renforçant des muscles clés, tels que les fessiers, qui soutiennent le bassin et la colonne.

En amĂ©liorant l’activation et la force des fessiers, cet exercice permet une meilleure stabilitĂ© et force du bassin et du dos et rĂ©duit ainsi le risque de blessure.

A pec stretch helps improve posture by targeting tight pectoralis major and minor muscles, which, when shortened or overactive, pull your shoulders and upper back into a rounded, forward position—a common postural issue upper crossed syndrome.

Stand in a doorway with your arm at a 90° angle. Step forward slightly until you feel a gentle stretch across your chest. Hold for 30–45 seconds. Focus on keeping your head and neck neutral!

L’étirement des pectoraux permet d’amĂ©liorer la posture en travaillant sur la tension retenue dans le muscle. Quand les muscles des pectoraux sont tendus, ils tirent l’épaule vers l’avant et crĂ©ent un arrondis du dos.

Face Ă  un cadrage de porte, placez vos bras Ă  90°. Prenez un pas vers l’avant de façon Ă  sentir un lĂ©ger Ă©tirement des pectoraux. Maintenez la position pendant 30 Ă  45 secondes.
