La première clinique de vaccinations contre la grippe prendra place le 31 octobre au centre de Santé A-1 seulement sur rendez-vous. La prochaine sera le 7 novembre à la clinique à Kirkland (aussi seulement avec rendez-vous). Réservez tôt!

Our first flu vaccine clinic will take place at our Cartierville centre on October 31st by appointment only. The following one will be at our Kirkland clinic on November 7th (also only with an appointment). Reserve your spot early!

Definitely don't post this kind of thing usually yet it's important to illustrate the perils of frequently wearing high heels & that it can happen to anyone. Women are still largely not being taught how bad heels are - not just for our feet but for the entire bone structure of the body.

The ladies whose feet look ok probably only wear heels to gala functions but the full time models - 😬👣😬
