🌿 We’re grateful to welcome Mother Earth Essentials to Altitude Spa.

Founded by Carrie Armstrong, a Cree woman from Hinton, with connections to the Michel First Nation, this thoughtfully created brand is inspired by generations of plant knowledge shared through her family. An experienced esthetician and educator, Carrie developed Mother Earth Essentials to respectfully highlight the beauty and benefits of Canadian plants. 📖 She is also the author of “Mother Earth Plants for Health & Beauty”, a resource that shares traditional plant knowledge and wellness practices.

🌎 Mother Earth Essentials reflects a personal journey of learning, reconnection, and care — honouring Indigenous knowledge while creating space for reflection and understanding. Each product is made with natural ingredients and intention, drawing on the longstanding relationship between people and the land.

Through its work, the brand supports ongoing efforts toward reconciliation, including alignment with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada, and contributes to conversations around cultural respect and preservation.
