🎰✨ BRIGHT LIGHTS, BOLD IDEAS, BETTER TOGETHER ✨🎰

Kim, Jolene, Kyla, Sarra, Haylee, Ashley, Lisa, and Kianna took on Las Vegas for ISPA 2026—and what a journey it was!

We kicked things off Monday, March 30th, with a series of team challenges that were designed to push our thinking, strengthen our communication, and bring out the best in each of us. First up: making a single $20 bill last as long as possible on the casino floor, either individually or as a team. This wasn’t just about luck—it was about strategy, decision-making, and knowing when to take risks or play it safe.

Next, we put our problem-solving skills to the test in two themed escape rooms, where success depended on collaboration, clear communication, and leaning into each other’s strengths to solve puzzles under pressure.

We wrapped up the day by taking things to new heights on the High Roller, giving us a moment to reflect, connect, and celebrate what we had accomplished together.

Each experience was intentionally chosen to highlight an important truth: while we all bring unique perspectives and strengths, it’s how we work together, support one another, and combine those strengths that truly elevates us as a team.

From March 31 to April 2, it was full speed ahead at the ISPA conference. Our days were filled with inspiring power sessions from Diana Kander, Jay Shetty and Jon Acuff, engaging breakout discussions with industry leaders, and exploring a dynamic expo floor packed with innovative vendors. We soaked up insights, ideas, and inspiration at every turn.

Now, we have come home energized and ready to move forward with even greater intention. We can’t wait to share what we’ve learned—bringing fresh perspective, renewed passion, and elevated experiences to both our team and our guests.
