We went and saw "Sexy Laundry" at The Capitol Theatre last night. It is a little... spicy, and full of belly laughs. I definitely recommend catching this hilarious show.

I am so proud of myself! I have done 32 ab workouts so far this year. I've increased my time for Plank and boat pose, added to the number of reps of leg lifts and crunches, my low back feels great, and the dopamine and serotonin hit I get every time I accomplish my goal has been exhilarating. 32 down 332 to go!
