I’m actively building up the client base as a new practitioner in town, specializing in quality of life improvement, energy balancing and overall health.

If you’re feeling like you can add a bit more action and movement into your life but your body is not performing to its best;
or on the contrary would like to slow down, get off the hamster wheel and learn how to savour the moment;

I offer free consults over the phone, we can chat about your journey so far before booking a session.
Every person I work with is given homework to keep rewriting the old patterns to create long lasting changes in life. It can include dietary changes, exercises, stretches, pressure point work, meditations, journaling prompts…
We will be addressing the systems beyond physical bodies:
-How do you manage your thoughts?
-How do you manage your emotions?
-Can you distinguish between different emotions and how they can manifest in the physical ailments?

What a great pleasure to chat up Bill! He is my very first client as a proper therapist 🍀

Bill is a massive inspiration for me. His mindful approach in selfcare and tireless willingness to show up for his family and community are contagious to say the least!
He put his body through a lot in his lifetime. When we just started working together, Bill’s shoulder mobility was very limited due to old injuries and stored fear. After a year of consistent therapy MASSIVE improvements in mobility, range of motion and general health!
