The world rewards speed, but I’m investing in depth.
I spent too much time feeling like I’m behind, and I’ve come to see that nothing in nature is actually in a hurry.
A tree doesn’t stress about reaching the canopy in a single season, it spends years pushing its roots deeper so it doesn’t collapse when the first storm hits.
A river doesn’t force its way through a mountain in a day, it keeps flowing, layer by layer, until a path opens up.
I’ve learned that healing needs that same kind of patience and persistent softness.
That it doesn’t happen because of pushing forward, it happens in the gaps, in the stillness, and in the moments where we finally stop trying to outrun our own process.
Not late. Just intentional. Trusting the pace of my own evolution and that my timeline is unfolding exactly as it should, with intention, pace, and a whole lot of peace.
