Hospice Muskoka is a volunteer-driven, community based, not-for-profit organization providing compassionate support to individuals and their loved ones of all ages and backgrounds, who are coping with end-of-life issues and bereavement. Hospice Muskoka is located and operates Andy's House a Residential Hospice and Palliative Care Community Hub for South and West Muskoka.

Hospice Muskoka's Grief Care & Repair workshop series continues with the exploration of a new creative modality: art! Gently channel your emotions into creative expression while discovering supportive tools to help you navigate your healing journey. No experience is necessary—just come as you are.

Hospice Muskoka got into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit with a festive potluck lunch hosted by our Volunteer Coordinator for staff and volunteers! The day felt extra magical, thanks to a rainbow sighting spotted by our Executive Assistant, Rebecca, and a special visit from our Digital Marketing Coordinator, Christina, who made the trip from BC.

Huge thanks to Carin and the amazing volunteers who helped make the day so memorable. 💚🌈

Our Story

Hospice Muskoka is a volunteer driven, community based, not-for-profit organization providing compassionate support to individuals and their loved ones of all ages and backgrounds, who are coping with end-of-life issues and bereavement.

Hospice Muskoka has been serving the residents of South and West Muskoka since 1995 in the communities of Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Port Carling, Bala, Mactier, Honey Harbour, Kilworthy, Severn Bridge, Vankoughnet and all areas in between!

Specially trained visiting volunteers provide non-medical, supportive care with a focus on the emotional and social needs of our clients and their families where ever they live – at home, in hospital, retirement and nursing homes.
