Yes, deep tissue can be intense. That “hurts so good” feeling? Totally normal.

Unpopular opinion:
Some of you don’t hate massage…
you just keep booking the wrong therapist.

There, I said it.

Because if you’re leaving appointments thinking
“that was fine I guess…”
