A simple invitation to get out and move—together.
Join us Wednesday mornings in May for a walk, run, or cycle along the Friendship Trail, starting from the Hut at Stream.

All levels welcome. Find your own pace—this is simply a space to begin, or begin again, in the company of others.

We’ll start with four weeks in May and see what takes shape. With interest, and your involvement, this may grow into something more—different times, shared goals (e.g. couch to 5K), or simply a steady rhythm of showing up together.

Stretch it out after your walk/run at Arlene’s 9:30am class!

Most families don’t need more "to do." They need a little more space to be together. 🌿

We’re hosting, in collaboration with My Heart's Path Meditation Centre, a simple, spacious Family Mindfulness Retreat this July at Jericho House in Port Colborne.

Imagine a weekend with:
✨ No rushing from one activity to the next.
✨ Forest school-style programs for the kids (ages 5-11).
✨ Guided meditation, Breathwave, and deep rest for parents.
✨ Facilitated conversations to help us reconnect with ourselves and each other.
✨ Shared meals, campfires, and swimming at the nearby quarry.

It’s a chance to live intentionally alongside other families in a way that feels a bit like a village.

If you’ve been craving space to slow down, rest and reconnect, we’d love to have you join us.

The Mother’s Day Market at St. Thérèse is shaping up to be such a sweet day 🌸

Local makers, food, live music, workshops—it’s one of those easy, wander-and-linger kind of markets. A perfect little outing if you’re looking for something to do this Saturday.

Harper and I will be there, and you’ll find Stream Yoga + Meditation tucked in near the Sprout Plant Parlour booth. We’re not selling—just connecting, meeting folks, and sharing a bit about what we do at the Hut.
