Clear the mental clutter. Stay light and easeful.

Join Heather Fenton and Arlene Dezenosky Undone Yogi for a half-day retreat.

Release and Pivot weaves together yoga, meditation, and energetic release practices, with mindfulness and insight-based reflections, to explore how letting go creates the conditions for wise movement in body and mind — not forced change, but a natural responsiveness that arises from clarity and ease.

An invitation to soften what’s been held and allow change to emerge without force. Through yoga, meditation, and energetic release practices, this half-day retreat supports clarity, ease, and responsive movement in body and mind.

When winter goes full Arctic, we listen. ❄️ This Saturday’s Little Roots retreat is moving to February 21 due to extreme cold conditions.

This may be welcome news if you were hoping for a date night but couldn’t swing this weekend — plan to enjoy yourself while your kids dive into a held, playful forest-school winter experience.

From 4–7pm, children explore, move, and rest through nature-based learning, playful yoga, and sensory winter adventures, then gather for flashlight tag, a cozy firepit, and a shared potluck dinner as evening settles in.

Led by a certified educator, this workshop is designed for sensitive children, imaginative children, and any child who thrives with warmth, rhythm, nature, and supportive guidance.

Perfect for ages 5-11, and welcoming to all experience levels.

We ensure children stay warm, comfortable, engaged, and cared for throughout, with activities adapted to the weather and each child’s needs.

A Place to Land unfolded gently.

In the quiet, some of us met meditation for the first time; others returned to familiar ground. We learned to land first in the body, then in the breath, and slowly into awake awareness itself — knowing experience as it comes and goes.

In the silence we shared meals, walked, rested, moved our bodies with care, practiced compassion, and discovered refuge not as escape, but as steadiness in the midst of impermanence.

Gratitude to this beautiful sangha — new and seasoned alike. May our efforts in practice lead to peace.

Join us for our next silent retreat, Resting in the Heart, March 13–15 at Jericho House.
