Your worst enemy is the Layers of Limitations that wrap and trap your full potential physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.
Bad news. All Layers of Limitations are built by fear and build more fear.
When fear appears, balls disappear.
Every Layer of Limitation is built when the external world collaborates Your Inner World.
The external world fills your head with Conventional Dread and you subconsciously and/or consciously give it power through acceptance.

The 4th Quarter of every Workout has the same objective as the 4th Quarter of Gameday - finish strong stronger than you started.
Finish strong so things don't go wrong.
Don't lie, don't die.
And vice-versa.

One of top 26 definitions of insanity is believing you're weakest in the 4th Quarter of your workout.
Reason?
If you're weakest in the 4th Quarter on Gameday, you will become a casualty.
You'll get killed.
If you're not strong in the 4th Quarter of your workout, you're doing it wrong.
You won't last long.
You will become a victim.

Here's my point:
Set Structure matters.
Winging it won't work.
Without Structures Lifting Outcomes on every set, your workout leads to nowhere.
Lifting, like learning, demands structured curriculum to build optimum strength & muscle.
Athletics, like academics, requires a structured pathway of outcomes and prerequisites.
Without the correct Set Prerequisite, you quit.
You drop out.
You fail the tests, you never achieve Personal Bests, the same way academic exams are failed when prerequisites are not met.

Less participation, more Frustration.
And vice-versa.

Frustration is the conversational response to unfulfilled expectations.
