Prebook your appointments for May through to August. As always, planning ahead is ideal especially when seeking a late day appointment after 3pm or Saturday bookings. These have always been in high demand and have already been heavily reserved by our Wellness Members.

✨A Few Helpful Reminders:

• Our cancellation/waitlist is available, with priority given to active patients. Staff may offer additional hours as this demand increases.

•Requests are self managed directly from your patient account or the link on the scheduler.

• Customize your availability with time frames and specific dates so the SMS notifications are sent only during your selected preferences = no unnecessary alerts.

• Be the first to accept or decline if the time no longer works.

• RMT specific requests are adjusted to full staff as the intention of this list is to ensure timely care for patients in need of treatment.

⏱️ As patients self manage booking changes, openings may become available over time. We encourage scanning the calendar often and try searching a variety of treatment types to expand booking opportunities.
