First day in the new space! I’m so excited…to announce my move to Unit B319 - 2099 Lougheed Hwy - same plaza as before but on the 3rd floor of Office Building B and across the hall from

Still need to set up the gym/Pilates room but excited for the extra space and being able to move more with my clients!

Thanks for passing on this beauty of a space to me and to my husband and kids for helping me set up my office yet again, hopefully I’ll be here for a while this time!

Last day in clinic for 2023! I will be taking time off from December 23- January 1st to spend time with family, rest, and recharge.

Thanks to everyone who has supported my little practice over the past year, I’m excited to see what 2024 brings!

What better way to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon than to hang out with some other passionate pelvic health physios! I was honoured to provide some mentorship to the pelvic health team on urinary urgency/frequency/overactive bladder this past weekend. We practiced setting up transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (TTNS) and measuring bladder volumes with their new ultrasound unit, as well as discussing treatment options and thinking beyond just the pelvis when it comes to the bladder. Thanks for having me!

2022 was a huge year professionally between starting my own business, completing the Integrated Systems Model Series and a year of mentorship at Diane Lee & Associates, and then deciding to move my business closer to home and starting anew.

It was extremely busy but rewarding and I want to thank everyone who supported me this year: my mentors and the team , everyone who booked an appointment with me or referred a client/friend/family member, my family for their patience and my husband Alex for picking up the slack at home.

I especially want to thank Melissa Burkholder and the team who graciously provided a supportive environment for me to start my business and figure things out. What was only supposed to be “a couple months” turned into a full year, and even though I didn’t end up staying in Burnaby I couldn’t be more grateful to have worked together with you all!

Am I where I expected to be at the beginning of 2022? Not at all, but I believe things are headed somewhere even better. 2022 was the year of busy and I am looking forward to slowing down in 2023, settling in, enjoying, and savouring each moment. Wishing you all a happy and healthy new year!

✨We’re open and accepting new clients in Port Coquitlam!✨

My little space is all set up now and asides from putting up some more artwork, we are good to go! Thanks to those who came for appointments last week and helped me work out all the kinks that come with moving to a new location.

Speaking of which, I am STILL waiting for Google to allow me to update my business address and it’s been a month with no word, which is very frustrating as I’m not showing up in Port Coquitlam on Google Maps yet 😞 Has anyone else gone through this? Any tips?

So, can I PLEASE 🙏🏼 ask a favour of you to share with your clients, friends, family members that I am here and available to help? I know it can be a LONG wait sometimes to get in to see a pelvic floor physiotherapist, so here’s a great opportunity to get started right away and use your benefits before the end of the year! ⏱
