Imagination – Transformation and change are in process. What you can imagine, you can create. Things take time to evolve, so be patient.

Regeneration – Everything that you have done up until now has brought you to this place and you are positioned perfectly for this part of your journey. Nothing stays the same; you know that everything will change again in this phase of life as new ideas arise from old ones. You can choose where you are heading although not how fast you will get there.

Stability – Challenges may be on the way. Self doubt and external influences could be trying to sideline you. Honor what you feel is right for you, regardless of what others may think. The daisy represents being delicate but strong and reminds us to stay rooted in our values, but flexible in our beliefs.

Subconscious – Things aren’t always as they seem. Pay attention to your persistent thoughts & ideas. The mushroom represents your resilience to break through challenges and stand tall.

Anja - This represents your Third Eye Chakra, located on your forehead, between your eyebrows, and is your intuitive abilities. Is your Chakra balanced? If so, you are open to receiving messages from Spirit in a variety of ways and including all your senses. If your chakra is over active, you may feel that you aren’t able to focus at all, and receive too many messages. To balance this, eat yellow foods, wear yellow or carry a yellow crystal. If it’s underactive, and you have a hard time visualizing, eat indigo colored foods, wear indigo colors or carry an indigo colored crystal. Your affirmation is: “I trust that my visions are messages from the Divine.”

Diwali - also known as the Festival of Lights. This 5 day festival honors the victory of good over evil, brightness over darkness and hope over despair. It celebrates the last harvest of the year, on the day of the New Moon. It is a time for lighting earthen lamps called Diyas, house cleaning, exchanging gifts, visiting friends and family, fireworks and feasting. It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi visits houses that are bright and clean, in the middle of the dark night, blessing them with wealth and happiness. The affirmation is: “I am a beacon for universal light and abundance.”

Namaste - This hand pose shows respect to others in your world. Work on seeing the “light/divine” in all people, even those that don’t resonate well with you. It is used at the end of a yoga session, meditation class or other spiritual sessions. Your hands are placed together over your heart space, eyes are closed and you can say a Namaste prayer, similar to: “The light in me, honors the light in you.” Affirmation: “I am one with the Universe.” SHIVA is in the comments!

You are now operating from a higher vibration. Let go of those events or situations that no longer serve you. Bliss stands for “a Beautiful, Loving, Inspiring, Sensational, Soul-full !

Honoring – Just like a leaf, you know how to let go when the time is right and hold on when it’s necessary. You know your Path. Follow your instincts.

Intuition – It is important to pay attention to your intuition, as your actions and decisions will be more in alignment with yourself. The more you use it, the easier it will become. Intuition comes from a different source than your instinct. This energy is your divine guidance coming through you, helping you on your path, keeping you connected to spirit, and guiding your way through life.

Sacredness – Everything has a reason for living. There is life force energy in all things around us, both big and small. Live as if the sacredness in all life matters.
