Pelvic health isn’t just about pelvic health. It’s about future health- sources indicate that 10-46% of those experiencing a pelvic health challenge leave or modify their fitness. Optimizing pelvic health is about maintaining access to healthy habits like fitness. If you can’t participate, you can’t reap the present and future benefits for your cardiovascular, bone, muscle mass, balance, emotional, and immune health.

Pelvic health is whole person care.
