You can then specify your preferred days and times, as well as the duration for which you wish to remain on the waitlist.

What a great year it’s been!!

2nd New Modality: Hot Stone Treatments💆🏻‍♀️

I am super excited to announce that I will be offering hot stone treatments starting December 1st 2023!

Hot stone massage therapy has many benefits, some being; reduction of muscle tension and pain, alleviation of stress and anxiety, and promotion of healthy blood circulation to the skin.

CUPPING IS AVAILABLE STARTING NOVEMBER 27th!!👏👏

As some of you guessed…cupping will be available as of November 27th if suitable within your massage therapy treatment! This is 1 out of the 2 new modalities that Valeo Massage Therapy will be offering!

Cupping is a widely used technique that involves the application of cups on the skin, which create suction. This technique is known to enhance blood circulation, release muscle tension, and promote relaxation. By creating a vacuum effect, cupping therapy can help to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and contribute to overall wellness. When integrated into massage sessions, cupping therapy adds a unique and beneficial element to the healing process.
