As suggested in this article, low back pain often occurs due to tight glute/hip muscles and weak abdominal muscles. If you have low back pain, try stretches for your hips and strengthen your core with exercises such as plank holds. Try for a few weeks and see if you notice a difference :)

I was in London this past weekend taking a course in Cupping Massage Therapy. Cupping is not just for Olympians or athletes but can be used for a variety of conditions such as muscle pain, fascial restrictions, joint pain, digestive dysfunctions, lung issues such as asthma and bronchitis, anxiety/stress, fatigue, scar tissue alleviation and much more! It can boost your immune system and helps break up stagnation in the body for free flowing energy or "Qi". I've personally had it done several times and experienced the benefits of this Therapy. I recommend trying it if you have not already. I'm looking forward to putting this form of therapy into practice 🤓

I like these images as they illustrate both primary and secondary muscles that are being stretched. In general, incorporating stretching into your health routine will help speed up muscle recovery, relax tense muscles and can prevent muscle and joint injuries from occurring.
