We had such a great time creating some doodle art! They said they didn’t have any talent… but that’s just silly—there was plenty of talent in that room! 🎨✨
And a big thank-you to the needlecraft ladies for happily sharing the space with us. It was wonderful to create side by side!
I think we will do this again!

Yesterday was National Rubber Ducky Day, and we celebrated in a big way! 🦆💛
We held a rubber ducky scavenger hunt throughout the entire building—high and low, ducks were hiding everywhere!

A total of 170 duckies were hidden, and the hunt brought lots of smiles, laughter, and fun as everyone searched for them. What a quacktastic day! 🦆🎉

Another year has come and gone, and what a year it was at Elgin Lodge. It was a busy and unforgettable year filled with learning, growth, and wonderful moments. We were reminded just how amazing our community is—not only within Elgin Lodge, but throughout the entire town of Port Elgin.

We were especially grateful to still be able to celebrate together at our New Year’s Eve Party. Even the storm couldn’t stop the fun! With great company and fantastic music from the Siddon Brothers, we rang in the New Year with smiles, laughter, and plenty of joy.
