Two simple ways to support calm and a good flow of oxygen wherever you are. 🥰 Practice the 4-7-8 breathing technique and learn to take a pause and a reset when you notice shallow or anxious breathing. Second, wrapping your hands around your foot you can use your thumbs to stimulate a boost of energy to the lung reflex found on the balls of the feet. Using a medium pressure, pump upwards towards each toe and then across the foot for a duration of 1 minute. If you notice tender, sensitive areas you can apply a little more pressure to these and massage in a circular motion. It may feel uncomfortable but it shouldn’t feel painful. Ease off if it does. Repeat as needed.
