Fit for the Fairway is a registered, 3‑day‑per‑week group program designed to help golfers improve performance, consistency, and injury prevention. This unique program combines professional golf instruction with golf‑specific fitness training to support both swing mechanics and physical resilience.
Participants receive:

🏌️‍♂️ 1 on‑course golf lesson per week with Bill Stewart, PGA of Canada Professional
💪 2 structured golf fitness lessons per week focused on mobility, strength, power, balance, and rotational control
