Peer Support can help you with evaluate your behaviors and together we can determine what problems require your attention. We also help you keep motivated if you choose to make the change with the fresh start Programs. If you require a Therapist in your recovery; we encourage you to do that. If a Therapist isn't an option because you cannot afford the therapy or live in an area where help is not easily accessible, Fresh Start can still help you. Encouraging you to attend peer support meetings and interacting with others in group program. It will help you understand that you're not alone as you struggle with the challenges that recovery will bring. This will encourage you to stay motivated as well as others. Many of us who have walked the path of recovery have found great strength in the testimony of others overcoming the issues together. If you choose to pursue without attending any groups.
