Fall is a great time to enjoy the cool temperatures and beautiful scenery as the leaves have begun to turn. There are many wonderful hiking destinations that can bring you to some spectacular views. Before you head out on your hike please keep a few tips in mind

Wear good sturdy footwear, plan ahead for the unexpected, let someone know where you are going and your planned time of return, bring food, water and first aid supplies. Hike with others when possible.
