Professional Office Sublet, Mental Health/Wellness Space

Location: 459 George St N, Peterborough. Inside be well centre

We are looking for a like-minded health care professional to join our peaceful community at Hello Counselling Services. Our counselling space is designed for comfort, privacy, and healing, perfect for psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, or other wellness practitioners.

We are offering flexible subletting options to fit your growing practice, whether you are looking for a consistent weekly or part-time monthly solution.

Available Options:

Pay-Per-Day: Perfect for those starting out or transitioning to private practice.

Time Slots: Multiple blocks available throughout the week (Mondays–Sundays).

Monthly Rate: Dedicated day(s) per week on a consistent monthly basis.

The Space Includes:
Fully furnished, professional, and sound-dampened therapy room.
Comfortable waiting area for clients.
Secure building with key access.
High-speed internet access

We are seeking a subtenant who is:
