What you can expect in this Workshop:
You will learn about Reiki (Life Force Energy), including the history, Reiki Principles, and healing techniques as per the Usui Reiki Tradition
You will be given a Level One Reiki Manual
You will be introduced to the energy centres/ chakras
You will guided through an energy building meditation
You will receive level one reiki attunements
You will learn self healing techniques and practice in class
You will learn how to give a reiki healing session on another and practice in class
This workshop will be interactive, and allow for questions and open discussions to help you on your reiki journey.
The intention for this workshop is to connect you with Reiki Life Force Energy and all you need to know to create a healing practice for yourself!

Morris has been coming to our Salt Cave since we opened 6 years ago and he always brightens up our days with his funny comments that make us all laugh and handmade gifts that bring us smiles. He is a wonderful Soul with many talents.

Morris loves working with wood in his workshop and getting creative. He made us this bright gorgeous red sleigh ornament which is perfect for our little tree. Just wanted to share our appreciation for Morris and his wonderful talent that keeps him busy bringing smiles to others. Isn't that what life is about? Sharing our creative energy in ways that make our life experience meaningful with one another.
