Again this year our office was a drop off location for donations for this wonderful cause. My mother is a resident at Landmark Assisted Living in Cobourg. Last year I was there when they handed out the stockings. I can tell you the stockings are appreciated. The residents were so excited discovering the treasures in their stockings. Thank you again to everyone who donated.

Dr. Patton here. I’ve been working out with Aaron at The Feel Good Company for almost 2 years. The changes in my body have been quantifiable. My aging body has a few “weak links” and Aaron is helping me strengthen those areas and my overall health. I’m able to keep doing all the fun things I love to do and even few new ones like upside down zip lining. And yes that was intentional! 😜

🎒📚 Back to school means heavier backpacks and longer hours at a desk—both of which can put extra stress on growing spines.

Here are a few tips to help keep kids (and parents!) moving and feeling their best this school year:
✅ Keep backpacks no more than 10–15% of body weight
✅ Use both straps so weight is evenly distributed
✅ Make sure the bag sits snug against the back, not hanging low
✅ Sit tall at desks with feet flat on the floor
✅ Keep screens at eye level to avoid hunching
✅ Take movement breaks every 30–60 minutes
