Full house today at Gravity Laboratory for our ELDOA workshop - and what an extraordinary experience it was.

A sincere thank you to Dr. Erica Trivett, osteopathic physician, ELDOA practitioner, and Feldenkrais-trained movement specialist, for leading such a precise, intelligent, and deeply impactful session.

For me personally, this was a first exposure to ELDOA - and for most in the room as well. The response was unanimous: stunning.

ELDOA teaches us how to actively create space in the spine, improve mobility, and support long-term structural health. In a world where compression is the norm - from sitting, training, stress, and daily life - learning how to decompress with intention is incredibly powerful.

To everyone who attended: thank you for showing up with curiosity and commitment to your health.

And Erica - we are truly grateful for your expertise, your care, and the energy you brought into the room today. And it was so much fun.

More sessions like this to come :-)

HYROX PREHAB & RECOVERY CLINIC – Thurs Dec 4 • 7PM

For athletes competing in HYROX December 2025

If you’re training for HYROX, you already know—it’s not a casual fitness class.

HYROX is a performance race that demands high-volume running, loaded strength work, and repeat-effort power… all under fatigue.

Next Thursday, our head of mobility and senior performance coach Atena is hosting a special prehab + recovery clinic designed specifically for HYROX competitors.

What a morning.

Today we had the honour of hosting Master Instructor Eve () for a livestream Flow session with Gravity members and certified flowists from across Canada - and it was spectacular.

Coach Eve is my favourite flowist (ah hem .af exempted of course 😜) An ex-dancer and gold-medal winning acrobat, her mobility, control, and artistry are something you simply have to experience. We’re incredibly grateful she carved out time from Tashkent (13 hours ahead!) to guide us.

Our Gravity crew showed up in force - this was officially our busiest class ever - and having practitioners join from coast to coast made it feel like one big national community moving together.

Special shout-out to . and who were flowing quite beautifully.

Huge appreciation to my fellow Regional Leaders and for helping build this growing AF community here in Canada. And of course, our amazing members and instructors - you make mornings like this possible.

Thank you, Coach Eve - that was more than I had hoped for and we appreciate you taking the time to curate such a movement masterpiece.
