On this National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, and every day, we at HPS acknowledge the atrocities that indigenous peoples have endured. Children have died and families have not recovered. Good Downie said that we have been taught to ignore these facts. We can't do that any longer. We must stand together and work to right the wrongs. It is time to Do Something...⁠⁠⁠⁠

September 10th is World Su***de Prevention Day. This tree stands in memory of someone I lost to su***de. So to me, every day is su***de prevention day. If you know someone who is hurting, reach out. If you are hurting, reach out. It's okay, we can talk about our mental health.⁠⁠⁠⁠
