EEKKK!! First back squat post back injury (February). Haven’t been able to do any lower body exercise with the barbell in almost 7 months… never thought I’d miss it so much 😅 3 sets of 10 at 65lbs with NO back pain. It’s small but it’s something 🤩

EEEKKK!!!! First back squat since injuring my back in February. Haven’t been able to use the barbell for anything lower body in almost 7 months… never thought I’d miss it so much 😅 3 sets of 10 at 65lbs with NO pain in my back. It’s small but it’s something 🤩

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Join this new group of 3-4 people and start your fitness journey with 8 weeks of Personal Training. Small group will allow for more personalized exercises, individual assessments & modifications offered for all fitness levels/injuries. Proper form & technique will be reviewed and practiced. A mix of strength training, cardio, mobility/stability work will all be included within these 8 weeks!

BABY & ME Fitness Classes

A new way to bond with your little one while still being able to get in some movement! This class will consist of low impact functional movements to get your body moving again after baby. A full body exercise with a focus placed on rebuilding core & pelvic floor strength. Modifications will be offered for all fitness levels & this class is open to anyone looking to bond with their little (mom/dad/grandparents/aunts/uncles etc.) This class will be a part of weekly scheduled classes, pay as you go or opt for a class pass!
