We provide therapeutic and rehabilitative massage therapy treatments for all ages. We address acute, sub-acute and chronic pain, specific conditions and everyday aches/discomforts. To provide a thorough treatment, a health intake and special orthopedic testing will be conducted to determine what the cause is. We then discuss an effective treatment to ensure clarity of what to expect during the massage therapy session. We are certified in:

People have been feeling pretty busy, heavy with stress, lots of anxiety and mental fatigue.

We hope this weekend will allow for some rest and relaxation.

Don’t forget to take time to breathe. Allow yourself opportunities for slowing down.

Being still, quiet and enjoying activities that inspire happiness and calm moments result in calming the nervous system, which in turn eases the body tension.

Plus, the winter solstice is tomorrow at 10:03am. That means it will be lighter for longer during the day. We will get more Vitamin D from the sunlight and our physical and mental well-being will be better supported 🙌🏽

So enjoy your weekend knowing things will feel lighter soon.

Welcome to ReHabilitative Massage Therapy! We provide rehabilitative and therapeutic massage, ultrasound, cupping, aromatherapy (for specific conditions) and athletic taping treatments. We address acute and chronic injuries, specific conditions, symptoms from daily discomforts (pregnancy, sprains/strains, whiplash, concussions, arthritis, TMJ disorder, etc.) and help in the maintenance of overall well-being while working towards preventative care. At your initial treatment, a discussion of your overall health and special orthopedic testing will be performed. This helps to determine the potential root case of your discomfort. We treat you effectively and efficiently so that you can return to your functional self as soon as possible. Our approach is very therapeutic and rehabilitative. Our techniques range from Swedish massage but also include stretching, joint mobilizations, manual lymphatic drainage, sports massage, therapeutic ultrasound, cupping therapy, ART (Active Release Therapy), fascial techniques, aromatherapy, athletic taping and hydrotherapy as well as cryotherapy. We treat within your comfort level while ensuring your safety and respective pressure during your treatment.
