We can’t control how long we live. We can’t add extra years to the calendar just because we want to. But we can control how we live the days we’re given. It’s a reminder that life isn’t measured only in time, it is measured in moments, connection, courage, and gratitude.

Be Grateful for every person you meet because they have a different way of perceiving the world around them and attaching meaning to different situations, that are different from yours and different from the next person. This world is Unique because of all the unique people around it.

Human Design seems to be everywhere these days. It came to fruition in 1987 and has been growing ever since. Human Design is where science and spirituality intersect. That may seem daunting when you read those words but once you understand the mechanics of your own energy, you learn to stand in your authenticity and live a life you are designed to live. There is an energetic shift coming and we are ushering in a new paradigm. It is time to stand in our heart centered power.

Hot Stone Restorative Experience with Veronica Hyland 1:00PM

A hot stone restorative experience combines thermotherapy with restorative yoga shapes to provide an effective healing therapy. The use of natural stones in conjunction with restorative yoga and specific stone placement uses powerful earth energies and guided meditation to help the patient heal. Heat from the stones also has the benefit of geomagnetism from Earth source; which has a balancing and healing effect on our systems.
It consists of both warm and hot stones placed in a formation directly on the body as the body rests in a restorative posture. The localized placement of heat on a particular area increases circulation of fluids; can assist in alleviating organ congestion and may even dissolve masses. In combination with restorative yoga the experience has a significant impact on the parasympathetic nervous system and our ability to actively rest and regenerate; to help reset our internal organs, to sooth our digestive system and relieve stress.
When placed along meridian points, they can assist in removing energy blockages that lead to the development of disease and some illnesses.
