We all get swept up in the feeling of Christmas, the sights, the sounds, the smells and the ambience. It's that feeling of joy, and nostalgia we feel when the jingle bells start jingling. Whether we celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or some other holiday, we need to practice Gratitude for all that is in our life. Indulging in nostalgia can have a powerful and strong effect on us. Remembering our past, we can re-live the memories from years gone by. Hope and peace aren't items that can be tied with a bow and placed under the tree, they are a spiritual and emotional experience that we need to make space for in our heart.
What are you Grateful for today?
