There is so much we can do to support our mental health. This spring, consider registering for group therapy with Dr. Sue Shepherd.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR 10 session group, 25hours total) is designed to help reduce the symptoms and effects of chronic pain, insomnia, medical conditions, difficult relationships and burnout.
- The next MBSR group is virtual on ZOOM Tuesday evenings starting March 17th 2026 from 6:00pm - 8:30pm
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT 10 session group, 25hours total) is designed to maintain mental health and prevent future episodes of depression or anxiety.
- The next MBCT group is in-person Thursday mornings starting March 19th 2026 from 9:00am - 11:30am
