What Happens in a Reflexology Session?

If you have never received a session, it will begin with a brief health history and an explanation of how Reflexology works and what happens during a session. You will then be placed in a relaxing and comfortable position on either on a zero-gravity chair or a massage table. You will never be asked to undress for Reflexology!
💚 Image #2: The Reflexology Therapist may work one or several localized areas including, but not limited to: the ears, face, feet, hands, etc. A session usually lasts from 40 to 60 minutes.
All reflex points on both sides of the localized area(s) are stimulated as the body is considered to be a whole unit.
Each client is unique. Each client’s session is unique. Reflexology therapists account for their client’s safety every time they proceed to work with them.
