Online Booking is up and running for September onward! My hours for the fall will be:
Mondays - 2pm-6:30pm
Tuesday-Thursday - 10am-2:30pm
These hours are subject to change so please reach out if you’re looking for a specific time or date.

With summer just around the corner comes less schedules and more time to get out and enjoy our beautiful Manitoba weather!

At this time, because of limited availability over the summer, I will not be opening up my schedule for online booking and only scheduling in my regular clients and new clients that have upcoming appointments in June (I still have availability next week!). If you are currently a client, and don’t have an appointment coming up in June, please message, text or call me if you would like to schedule an appointment in July and/or August. I will update again if I am able to open my schedule to online booking and to new clients before the fall.

Cupping therapy is now available to schedule online! This alternative therapy is a wonderful addition to your regular treatment and is very beneficial in helping relieve muscle tension, improve circulation with blood flow and lymphatic movement and reducing stress! Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to incorporate cupping into your regular treatment!

I know your time is important and plans can change, but to be sure I can make the necessary adjustments and offer the time to other clients, I am implementing a cancellation policy going forward.
I will require a 24 hours notice of a cancellation or rescheduling prior to your appointment time to avoid a fee of 50% of the service. If a client no shows or cancels/reschedules the day of the appointment, 100% of the fee will be charged.
I understand emergencies occur and will also take that into consideration.
